10. Bid rules
The original painting or any original work of art by the artist Gomathi Siva Sankaran (hereinafter referred to as 'the artist') may be sold only after the bid closing date. This website does not promote the sale or bids of any other artist's work.
10.01 All original artwork by the artist that has not already been sold shows the current bid price and the closing date for bids.
10.02 To bid on such a work of art by the artist, you must become a member of the website
10.03 You are allowed to bid on the artist's works of art by entering the new bid price, which must not be less than the current bid price. When you click on the 'Bid now' button, your bid will be submitted
10.04 If another bidder is also interested in the same art and has submitted a higher bid price than yours, you will receive a review via email. If you are still interested in bidding, you can log in to the site again and submit a new bid price
10.05 On the last bid date, the original artwork is for sale to the highest bidder. The highest bidder will receive an email confirmation of the same, which includes the highest bid price (ie) the selling price of the original artwork. There will also be information on 25% VAT, packaging and delivery costs to send this original work of art to the highest bidder's delivery address registered on the website
10.06 When the bidder accepts and sends an email confirmation within 48 hours, the bidder becomes the buyer and therefore the terms of sale will apply. An invoice is sent to the buyer for the transaction, thereby starting the sales process
10.07 In any case, if the highest bidder does not accept or is unable to accept or confirm the purchase of the artist's original work of art, the highest bidder must provide an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours, after which the sale of the said works of art is extended to the second highest bids as explained in 10.05 and 10.06
