Who are our customers?

Schools

We primarily work with local schools and families in the Sønderborg-Als area —

but our model can be scaled regionally and nationally.

Afternoon workshops and partnerships

Adapted curricula and SOP for larger groups.

What problems do we address?

Key figures 69%

Proportion of Danish children experiencing digital abuse — we work with prevention and support.

Many children lack education in online behavior, digital abuse and practical, creative learning. We offer a safe and active learning method that combines these elements.

Digital abuse

Education in online safety and respectful behavior.

Lack of practical creativity

Creative hands-on projects with recycled materials.

Limited resources in schools

Scalable mentoring model and low-cost workshops.

How does it work?

A simple, iterative process: from idea to pilot, feedback and standardization.

1. Prototype

Develop idea and simple prototypes of the workshop.

2. Test (POC)

Run a pilot for a month,

collect feedback from children and schools.

3. Scale (POS)

Customize, write SOP, produce kit

and implement in more schools.

How do we develop the product?

Phased plan with goals for each year — see high-level roadmap.

Year 1 — Establishment

Pilot in Sønderborg;

14 workshops;

collaborate with 3 schools.

Year 2 — Standardization

Pack workshop kits; POS; train local mentors.

Year 3+ — Scale

Regional rollout, online learning portal and licensing.
