The lady in pink - This 90 x 100 cm oil on canvas is an inspiration based on the Danish artist Michael Ancher's 'The girl with the sunflowers'
The artist expresses her joy through the choice of bright colors chosen during the painting. As you can see originally it started like a copy of Michael Ancher's artwork. Yet the artist changed her thinking with the choice of colors. The lady in pink seems to be happy and maybe waiting for someone while holding a vase filled with sunflowers smiling at her. She wears a thin smile in her lips and eyes that is not necessarily in direct contact with her audience or visitors
